My name is Rai Cyr and I am 19 years young, a Visual Fine Arts Major at Tunxis Community College. I have recently rediscovered my love for capturing life in a still frame, and communicating my perspective to those around me. I heard about the 100 days project from fellow art majors, and I was very excited to start but I wasn't sure how. After going over a few Ideas, I finally decided to do 1-5 photographs a day for 100 days. And so begins my journey...
Most of my work for this project is NOT photoshopped or edited in any way. (edited work will be labled as such) I use a Samsung TL220, your average household digital camera. Part of the point of completing such a project to me, is to develop my skill in finding natural compositions and capturing their essence. I do not have any more of an advantage over anyone else, I simply observe and capture whats around me. I want to develop my reputation as an excellent photographer without relying on my camera.
